Проблема с запуском сервера.

Вот возникла проблема с запуском сервера под 2003 виндой.
под хр работает все замечательно, но пох 2003 выдает оштбку.

проверь настройки. не видит базу

перепроверял и не раз. тот же сервер с теми же настройками под ХР идет, а под 2003 не хотит.

проверь настройки. не видит базу ;D

Проблема была в настройках самого SQL
В ini нужно было поставить:
default-character-set=latin1
