Что ж не так то?

Круто! Первый раз вижу такое
Чья сборка, какая ревизия? Какая у тебя версия MySQL ? Не перепутал ли ты её с MSSQL ?

Тоже сталкивался. Нужно очистить таблицу петов, или присвоить им вменяемые id
